Terms and Conditions for Be There Certificate Giveaway

Eligibility

• No purchase is necessary to enter the Giveaway.
• The Giveaway is open to individuals worldwide who sign up on the Be There Certificate website and complete the Be There Certificate.
• Each participant can earn up to two entries: one for signing up on the website and a second for completing the Be There Certificate.
• Participants must be at least 18 years old at the time of entry.
• Employees, officers, and directors of Jack.org, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, and promotional agencies, and their immediate family members and household members are not eligible to participate.

How to Enter

• Sign up on the Be There Certificate website to receive one entry.
• Complete the Be There Certificate to receive a second entry.
• The Giveaway entry period begins immediately and will continue until the 1,000,000th visitor to the Be There Certificate website is recorded.
• Entries must be received before the entry period ends.

Prize

• Five (5) Mastercard gift cards will be awarded, each valued at CAD $100.
• Only one winner per gift card.
• Prizes are provided on behalf of Jack.org's Be There Certificate resource.
• Jack.org and the Be There Certificate resource have no affiliation with Mastercard.

Winner Selection and Notification

• Winners will be randomly selected from all eligible entries.
• The prize winners will be announced one week after the Be There Certificate website reaches its 1,000,000th visitor.
• Winners will be notified via the email address provided during the sign-up process within five (5) business days of the announcement.
• Winners must respond to the notification email within seven (7) days to claim their prize. If a winner does not respond within this time frame, they forfeit the prize and an alternate winner will be selected.

Prize Conditions

• Prizes are non-transferable and no cash alternatives or substitutions are available.
• Jack.org reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the original prize becomes unavailable for any reason.
• All taxes and any other expenses not specified herein are the sole responsibility of the winners.

General Conditions

• By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and the decisions of Jack.org, which are final and binding in all respects.
• Jack.org reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or violates these terms and conditions.
• Jack.org is not responsible for any technical errors or failures that may prevent participation in the Giveaway.
• Jack.org reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the Giveaway if it becomes compromised by technical or other issues beyond its control.

Limitation of Liability

• By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Jack.org, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, loss, or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with the Giveaway or any prize won.

Privacy

• Any personal information collected during the course of the Giveaway will be used in accordance with Jack.org’s Privacy Policy and will not be shared with third parties except as necessary for the administration of the Giveaway and the awarding of prizes.

Governing Law

• The Giveaway and these terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the laws of Canada applicable therein.

Sponsor

• The Giveaway is sponsored by Jack.org. This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Mastercard.
